Refund Policy

1.How pawpado charges

pawpado is pay-as-you-go. You top up a credit balance (minimum Rp 50,000), and your wallet is debited by the second while a GPU instance is running and by the GB-hour for storage. There is no monthly subscription fee.

2.Unused top-up credits — refundable

Credits in your wallet that have not yet been spent on compute or storage are refundable on request.

  • Refund window: any time while your account is in good standing. Closed accounts have a 90-day window from the date of closure.
  • Minimum refund amount: Rp 50,000. Smaller balances can be applied to a future top-up but are not refunded individually.
  • Refund to original payment method when supported by the gateway; otherwise to a bank account you nominate after identity verification.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Bank/issuer processing time may add up to 14 days beyond that.

3.Consumed compute and storage — non-refundable

Time you've already spent running an instance, and storage you've already provisioned for the period, are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Sessions you started and didn't actually play in. Stop the instance from your dashboard or via the CLI to halt billing.
  • Storage on a volume you keep allocated. Resize down or delete to stop the storage clock.
  • Bandwidth or third-party costs we pass through at cost (currently none, but reserved for future hardware regions).

4.Service-level refunds

If a session is unusable due to an issue on our side (instance fails to boot, network outage on our path, verifiable bug that crashes your stream > 5 minutes into the session), we credit the affected time back to your wallet. Open a ticket within 7 days of the session with the session ID.

Issues caused by your own network, your own peripherals, or third-party game launchers / DRM are not eligible.

5.Workspace billing

Workspaces share a single wallet at the workspace owner's level. Refunds are issued only to the workspace owner, on the original payment method or a verified bank account.

6.How to request a refund

Email support@forjio.com with:

  • The account email
  • The top-up invoice number or session ID
  • The reason and the amount

We respond within 2 business days.

7.Governing law and contact

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
